What does made to order mean?
Products are produced after an order is placed. Production happens before shipping, so both stages contribute to the total delivery time.
Where do you ship, and is shipping really free?
We ship within the United States, and standard shipping is always free. Every product, every order—no minimum purchase and no coupon required.
How long will delivery take?
We approve paid orders within one business day. Production usually takes 2–7 business days after approval, followed by shipping. Transit estimates vary by product; see our shipping and delivery page for current ranges. If you need a gift for a specific date, contact us before ordering.
Can I personalize an item?
Personalization is available only when the product page offers it. Check the item’s options before ordering.
How can I get help?
Email support@inkrediblestuff.com. For an order question, include your order number and a brief description. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos. Eligible issues receive a free replacement or refund. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges for a size or color selected incorrectly. See our returns policy.
